OWLbox is powered by Box.com. In most cases if you are prompted to update your password shortly after first logging on to owlbox.temple.edu, you most likely have a pre-existing Box account registered to your @temple.edu email address.
To resolve this issue you will need to set an external Box password by visiting box.com/reset to generate a password reset email. After you have successfully reset your external Box password you can then logon to owlbox.temple.edu with your AccessNet username and password. Once you leave Temple University you will still be able to access your Box account (via box.com/login) using your external Box password.Was this answer useful?
