If you log into TUsafesend using your AccessNet username and password, you can drop-off files to persons either within Temple or outside of Temple. You will also be able to access additional features and use a more streamlined process.

 

If you do not log in, you can drop-off files to persons within Temple University only and you will need to go through a verification process.

 

If you have an AccessNet account:

  1. Go to https://tusafesend.temple.edu.
  2. Log in with your AccessNet username and password.
  3. Click the Drop-off button.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Click the + button in the To field. Then perform one of the following:
  • To add one or a few e-mail addresses, type the name and e-mail address of the recipient and click Add Recipient. Repeat this step for each recipient.
  • To add a bulk list of e-mail address, click Add Many. Then type one name and e-mail address per line and click Verify. For example, for one line you could enter: Russell Conwell tua55555@temple.edu
  1. When you are finished adding recipients, click the X to close the Add Recipients box.
  2. Type an optional note to the recipient.
  3. Upload the file(s) you want to drop off and type a description for each.
  4. Click Drop off Files. A Drop-Off Summary screen appears serving as a confirmation. Note the Claim ID and Claim Password on the bottom left, which you can e-mail to another person later, so he or she can pick-up the file.

 

You will receive an e-mail notification when the first person in your distribution list picks up the file.

 

If you do not have an AccessNet account

1. Go to https://tusafesend.temple.edu.
2. Click the Drop-off button.
3. Enter your name, organization, and e-mail address.
4. In the Prove you are human box, click Start. Then follow the instructions in the animation.
5. When notified the game is complete, click Send confirmation. An e-mail message will be sent to you.
6. Open the e-mail confirmation message and click the link. The Drop-off screen appears.
7. Click the + button in the To field. Then perform one of the following:
  - To add one or a few e-mail addresses, type the name and e-mail address of the recipient and click Add Recipient. Repeat this step for each recipient.
  - To add a bulk list of e-mail address, click Add Many. Then type one name and e-mail address per line and click Verify. For example, for one line you could enter: Russell Conwell tua55555@temple.edu
8. When you are finished adding recipients, click the X to close the Add Recipients box.
9. Type an optional note to the recipient.
10. Upload the file(s) you want to drop off and type a description for each.
11. Click Drop off Files. A Drop-Off Summary screen appears serving as a confirmation.

You will receive an e-mail notification when the first person in your distribution list picks up the file.
